We want your stay at Fern House to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Here are a few more details you might wish to know.

Unfortunately not. Due to the layout of the property there is nowhere suitable to clean a dog before entering the house.

Fern House will be available for you from 4pm on your arrival date (please do ask if you need an earlier arrival as we often able to accommodate that). Departure is at 10am.

There is always tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and a savoury treat on your arrival. You will also find olive oil, salt and pepper.

Each bathroom has hand soap, shower gel and shampoo.

Yes. We can provide a travel cot, though you will need to supply your own cot bedding. Please note, however, it is not possible to fit stair-gates in the property.

Yes, throughout most of the year we are able to offer breaks from a minimum 2-night stay.

We highly recommend that you take out insurance to cover any cancellations. However, should you need to cancel your booking, we are able to offer refunds (minus the 30% deposit) up to 15 days prior to the first date of your booking. Cancellations made between 15-28 days before the arrival date will be charged at 50%.
